By accessing or using Prime AI Consulting, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

We provide software for configuring and interacting with AI agents for service businesses. Features may change during beta. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account and workspaces. You must provide accurate registration information and comply with applicable law.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive use of agents or APIs.
• No attempts to bypass rate limits, credits, or security controls.
• No uploading content you lack rights to process, including sensitive third-party personal data without a lawful basis.

AI output

Agent responses are generated by machine learning systems and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in customer communications or business decisions.

Fees and credits

Paid plans and credit usage may apply. Credits are consumable and non-refundable except where required by law. Billing integrations may be introduced with additional terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime AI Consulting and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business arising from use of the service.
