Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of Prime AI Services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

The service

Prime AI provides software for configuring and interacting with AI agents, workflows, integrations, and approval-controlled actions. Features may change, be added, or be withdrawn. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available operation.

Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate registration information, safeguard your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. Workspace owners and authorized members may configure agents, integrations, and permissions that affect other workspace members. You are responsible for ensuring that only appropriate people receive workspace access.

Google and third-party integrations

When you connect Google or another third-party service, you authorize Prime AI to access that service only within the permissions you grant and to perform the features you request. Google Calendar and Gmail connections are workspace connections, so permitted workspace members and agents may use them and see relevant results.

You represent that you have authority to connect each account and process the associated data. You must review recipients, event details, message content, and other proposed external actions before approving them. You remain responsible for communications and changes made through your connected accounts.

Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies. Google and other providers may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue their APIs. You can disconnect a provider in the Integrations area and may separately revoke access through the provider's account settings.

Your content and instructions

You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to operate, secure, and support the service. You must have all permissions required to provide content, personal information, email, calendar, and third-party account data to Prime AI and to instruct us to process it.

AI output and automated actions

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Prime AI is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, safety, or other expert advice. You must review output and approval requests before relying on them or allowing them to affect customers, calendars, email recipients, public channels, or business records.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

• Violate law, regulation, third-party rights, or privacy.
• Send spam, phishing, malware, deceptive communications, or content you are not authorized to send.
• Access another person's email, calendar, account, or workspace without authorization.
• Bypass approvals, access controls, rate limits, credits, or security measures.
• Probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or introduce malicious code into the service, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Use outputs or integrations for fully automated high-impact decisions about a person without appropriate review and lawful authority.

Fees and credits

Prices, plan limits, and included features are shown when you purchase or upgrade. Credits are consumable and non-refundable except where required by law. Taxes and third-party service costs may apply. We may change future pricing with reasonable notice; changes do not retroactively alter completed purchases.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service, disconnect integrations, or request account deletion. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security risk, unlawful conduct, non-payment, material breach of these Terms, or harm to users or the service. Data handling following disconnection or deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that outputs or integrations will be accurate, secure, available, or meet your requirements. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime AI and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the service. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains subject to the protections and remedies required by applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice of material changes where appropriate. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
